Napoleon was happy. He was home after being gone for two weeks. Away from the New York office and his home, and his partner in all things, Illya.
Settling into their king bed, Napoleon found something distracting. He found something long and slender under his pillow. He pulled out and looked at it with perplexed expression.
"Illya?" Napoleon asked his soon to be sleeping bed partner.
"Yes Napoleon?" Illya answered opening his eyes and seeing what he forgot to put away. He reached for it and took it out of Napoleon's hands.
"What is that?" Napoleon asked.
"What that?" Illya responded.
"That thing in your hand." Illya looked at the item and shrugged.
"A toy," he answered.
"A toy?" Napoleon asked with skepticism.
"Yes Napoleon, a toy." He held it out seeing the long slender item he had in his hand.
"Why?" Napoleon asked.
"Why what?" Illya continued his game.
"Why do you have the toy?"
"You've been gone a lot." Which was true, Napoleon had been out on assignments then being home.
"And you need a toy because?" Napoleon asked, taking the item back into his hand as he studied it.
"You've been gone a lot," Illya trying to get his point across that he'd been missing Napoleon.
"Illya, I'm here now." Napoleon pointed out. He shifted so he was facing his partner.
"And I want to still use the toy." He took it back and hit the small button on the flat end and a gentle buzz came to Napoleon's ears. "On you."
