food shortages? Food limits?
Reading through some of coupon groups emails .. something has been brought up.  Food limits at some stores for large bags of rice, and some doing the same for oil and flour.

Have you seen this?

Seems to be hitting the west coast and the New England area the hardest.

with the import of rice in peril, the large stores likes Sam's warehouse and Costco are limiting the sale of rice to 1 bag.   
In New England, Bakers went to the Costco type stores for their distributor's pricese sky rocketed.

A new sign of the times?
